Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-price items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed or altered).
- Jewelry (for intimate wear and hygiene considerations).
- Ulla’s Closet items (final sale, as indicated on the product page).
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure a seamless process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Within the 15-Day Window: Send your return or exchange request to our customer care team at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Await Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Package Your Item Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging, include all tags, and place it inside a protective shipping box. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow:
- 1-2 business days for us to inspect and approve your return.
- 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates (10-25 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
International Returns
As a global brand serving thoughtful travelers worldwide (excluding select remote regions and some Asian countries), we accept international returns. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method.
