We serve our global community of thoughtful travelers worldwide (excluding select remote regions and some Asian countries). Every order is prepared with care in our studio.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • A flat fee of $12.95 applies to all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
    • Available on all orders over $50.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you bring into your world. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist with a considered and straightforward returns process.

Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-price items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • With all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Important Notes on Non-Returnable Items

For the integrity of our collections and the safety of our community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear if the hygiene liner has been removed or altered.
  • Jewelry (for intimate wear and hygiene considerations).
  • Ulla’s Closet items (these are final sale, as indicated on the product page).
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

All other categories—including Designer Clothing, Signature Prints, Handbags, Dresses, Knits & Sweatshirts, and Ulla Johnson x Cabana Home Décor—are eligible for return or exchange if the conditions above are met.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a seamless process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within the 15-Day Window: Send your return or exchange request to our customer care team at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Await Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging, include all tags, and place it inside a protective shipping box. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refunds, Credits & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to inspect and approve your return.
  • Refunds to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

International Returns

As a global brand, we accept international returns. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method.
