We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of many items. Product availability is subject to change.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and collection integrity, the following are final sale: swimwear with removed/altered hygiene liners, all jewelry, Ulla’s Closet items, and any product marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order via email. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item(s). We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

We serve most global regions (excluding select remote areas and some Asian countries).

• Processing: Orders are prepared with care in our studio within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs delays are beyond our control. You will receive a tracking notification upon shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is for you to love every piece. Please review our detailed Shipping & Returns policy. Key terms:

• Eligibility: Most full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
• Process: Contact [email protected] within the 15-day window for an RMA number and instructions.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in USD.
